You are welcome to return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, this means we must have your order returned back to us within this timeframe. Any orders received back after this period will be ineligible for a refund, and the refund will be rejected.
Please allow 10 working days for refunds to be processed once they have reached our warehouse. This may take longer during busy periods.
Please note, exclusions apply to some items such as hats and homeware blankets. These items are non-returnable.
Failure to comply with the terms and guidelines will result in a rejection of your refund.
Please note: If you select our next day express shipping service and return your whole order, you will only be refunded the standard shipping rate.
Once your refund is processed, funds may take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank provider. Please allow extra time for refunds to be processed during busy periods.
Please note, if your order is being returned to sender due to one of the following reasons - you will not receive your original shipping costs. An additional 'return to sender charge' of £4.50 will also be deducted from the total refund amount. This is a carrier charge for the parcels return journey. We are not responsible for charges incurred as a mistake by the recipient.
- Undelivered items that have not been collected, nor a redelivery arranged within the 18-day holding period
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Recipient no longer at address
- Recipient refused
A refund will be issued within 10 days from receiving the parcel back to our warehouse.

We have extended our Returns Policy over the Christmas period for both UK and International customers.
All orders placed from 29th November 2024 - 31st December 2024 have 30 days to return your order. For orders placed before or after these dates, please refer to our standard Returns Policy.
